Our expert groomer then provides a personalised trim tailored to your dog’s coat type, lifestyle, and personality, or a breed-standard style for a classic look.
The service includes nail trimming, ear cleaning, and hygiene maintenance, and is finished with a light spritz of our signature scent to leave your dog feeling fresh, happy, and ready to shine.

Each grooming session is tailored to your dog’s individual needs, so the duration can vary based on factors like size, coat condition, and behaviour. On average, a Full Groom takes about 2 hours. We’ll provide an estimated collection time when you drop off your dog and will notify you in advance of any changes.
If your dog has mats, we’re here to help. Our expert groomers will gently shave them down, as this is the kindest approach for your dog’s comfort. The severity and placement of the mats may affect the groom’s duration and style, but we’ll always discuss the best course of action with you beforehand. Please note, we don’t offer de-matting services as your dog's well-being is our top priority. After the groom, we’ll help you create a grooming routine and provide tips to help you prevent mats in the future.
Grooming frequency depends on your dog’s coat type, lifestyle, and activity level. In general, we recommend a Full Groom every 6 to 8 weeks to keep your dog’s coat healthy and ensure they always look their best.
