Meet the Team

Hey! I’m Jade, your dog’s new bestie.

Born and raised in London, my love for animals started young, surrounded by German Shepherds. Though my family thought I'd be a vet, I realised working with blood wasn’t for me.

Creativity has always been part of my life—I trained in Performing Arts, which explains why I’ll likely be singing and dancing with your dogs! Everything changed in 2010 when I rescued Zorro. Inspired by him, I earned a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming in 2011 and never looked back.

Since 2012, I’ve competed and won awards internationally, including a Rescue Rodeo event in the USA, where my groomed dog found a home. One of my most exciting experiences was road-tripping through Europe to compete in the 2015 International Grooming Championship in Italy.

I’ve achieved Higher City & Guilds qualifications, attended and hosted seminars, and written for ProGroomer Magazine. My passion goes beyond grooming—I’ve studied Dog Behaviour, Psychology, and Canine Nutrition to give every dog the best care possible. Dog grooming isn’t just my job—it’s my world.
